AuraMow Account Management

To use AuraMow app, you need an AuraMow account.

You can easily create one via your Email address. Based on the country or region you select, we will store and process your data in a data center located in Singapore.

If you want to delete your account:

You can delete your account in the AuraMow app by the follows:

1. Go to "Profile" tab, and tap "Account".
2. Tap the "Delete account?" button.
3. Tap the "Delete" button in the "Delete account" page and pop-up window sequentially. On the "Delete Account" page, click the "Delete" button and confirm by entering the required characters.

If you have any question on deleting account, you can send an email to support@auramow.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Your account information will be permanently deleted immediately after you request account deletion. This action cannot be undone.

If you want to change your account email address:

We do not currently offer the option to change the account email address. Please follow the steps below:

1. Delete your account.
2. Change the email address in the AuraMow app and re-create a new account.

If you want to change your account region:

We do not currently offer the option to change the account region. Please follow the steps below:

1. Delete your account in the current region.
2. Change the region in the AuraMow app and re-create a new account.
